How to Make an Appointment

Both initial consults and subsequent visits are strictly by appointment. Please call (787) 798-0100 or use the form on our contact page to request an appointment. During the initial consultation the patient will be required to fill out some questionnaires about her medical history and any previous lab tests and treatments she may have undergone. A physical exam and/or a pelvic ultrasound will be done, and then she will be counseled about her particular condition and treatment options. It is advisable for both husband and wife to come to the first appointment and that both bring copies of their medical records, including lab tests, studies and previous procedures.
